Bronze Elves : Two Elves Playing Leapfrog
Hollow Cast Bronze Elves Playing Leapfrog Sculpture
Two Elves Playing Leapfrog is a delightful hollow cast bronze sculpture created by bronze artist John Cox of Escar UK Bronze. Capturing a carefree moment of fun and friendship, this enchanting artwork celebrates the playful spirit that defines the much-loved Escar elf collection
Expertly crafted using the traditional Lost Wax Bronze Casting Method, every element has been carefully sculpted to bring movement and personality to the scene. One elf is captured mid-leap as he vaults gracefully over his companion, who balances confidently upon a woodland mushroom with remarkable poise
The striking patination of multiple blues over white, complemented by dark brown hair and natural skin tones, gives the sculpture exceptional depth and visual appeal. Intricate facial expressions, detailed clothing and the dynamic composition combine to showcase the outstanding craftsmanship for which Escar UK Bronze is renowned
Measuring approximately 76cm high, 44cm wide and 26cm long, and weighing around 8 kilos, this charming sculpture is perfectly suited to gardens, patios, conservatories, interior displays or private collections. Its compact proportions allow it to become an eye-catching feature while adding a sense of movement, humour and imagination to its surroundings
Two Elves Playing Leapfrog is a joyful celebration of friendship, fantasy and traditional bronze artistry. Whether displayed on its own or alongside other Escar UK Bronze elves, it brings enduring charm, character and a touch of magical storytelling to any setting
How does Two Elves Playing Leapfrog capture movement and play?
The two elves are caught in the shared action of leapfrog, so their relationship creates the movement of the sculpture. Expressive faces, clothing and the woodland mushroom add detail to the playful scene. Leave space around the approximately 76cm-high group so both figures and the direction of the leap remain clear
