The following terms and conditions explain how we process orders and supply our bronze sculptures. They are intended to provide clear information about pricing, payment, delivery and other important aspects of purchasing from Escar UK Bronze.
If you have any questions before placing an order, we’re always happy to help.
Every bronze sculpture is individually cast, and many pieces are produced to order.
Because factors such as size, patination, delivery destination and current foundry costs can influence the final price, the prices shown on our website should be regarded as guide prices.
Once you contact us, we’ll provide a personalised quotation covering the sculpture, delivery and any applicable options, ensuring complete transparency before you decide to place an order.
Every bronze sculpture is individually handcrafted. From time to time, artwork and moulds need to be refreshed as part of the casting process.
As a result, dimensions and weights may vary slightly between castings and should be regarded as approximate.
Orders can be placed by telephone, email or through our Contact Us page.
Delivery charges are additional unless otherwise agreed and confirmed as part of your quotation.
Discounts may be available depending on the sculpture selected and the overall value of your order.
Any agreed discount will be confirmed as part of your quotation.
Payment can be made securely via PayPal once your order has been confirmed by telephone or email.
For sculptures held in stock, payment in full is required at the time of ordering.
For sculptures that need to be cast, a 50% deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining balance payable prior to delivery
All sculptures remain the property of Escar UK Bronze until full payment has been received and cleared.
Once your sculpture has been delivered, you are responsible for its safekeeping and care, although ownership does not transfer until the agreed balance has been paid in full.
Items held in stock are normally dispatched within seven days unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
Delivery times for made-to-order sculptures will vary depending on the piece commissioned. We’ll be pleased to provide an estimated timescale when preparing your quotation.
Orders are delivered either by UK courier or personally by Escar UK Bronze, depending on the size and weight of the sculpture.
We are happy to supply customers overseas. Delivery times for international orders will depend on production schedules, destination and shipping arrangements.
As all deliveries require a signature, we’ll advise you of the expected delivery date in advance wherever possible.
If you receive an incorrect item or your sculpture arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can investigate the matter promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Where appropriate, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Refunds or replacements cannot be offered where damage results from neglect, accidental damage or failure to follow the care and maintenance guidance provided.
Orders for made-to-order or commissioned sculptures may be cancelled before completion; however, any deposit paid is non-refundable once production has commenced.
Where Escar UK Bronze is unable to fulfil an order within the agreed delivery timescale, we’ll discuss the available options with you.
A customer may not rely upon any delay in delivery where that delay has been caused, or materially contributed to, by their own actions, failure to provide information or approvals, changes to the agreed specification, or any other failure to provide the cooperation reasonably required to complete the commission.
Every bronze sculpture is individually patinated by hand. As a result, slight variations in colour and finish are part of the character of each piece and may differ slightly from the photographs shown on our website.
We respect your privacy. We do not store credit or debit card details, and we do not share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to process your order or where required by law.
