Introducing Itsy Bitsy Spider and Buzz the Fly, a charming pair of hollow cast bronze insect sculptures created by renowned bronze artist John Cox of Escar UK Bronze. Designed as playful companions, these distinctive sculptures bring humour, character and imaginative artistry to any display

Expertly crafted using the traditional Lost Wax Bronze Casting Method, each sculpture reflects the exceptional skill and attention to detail for which Escar UK Bronze is renowned. Their carefully modelled forms capture the delicate anatomy and recognisable features of both the spider and fly with remarkable precision

From the finely sculpted legs and textured body of Itsy Bitsy Spider to the detailed wings and expressive eyes of Buzz the Fly, every feature has been thoughtfully created. Finished with an attractive black patination and gold highlights, the colouring enhances the textures, depth and individual character of both sculptures

Itsy Bitsy Spider measures approximately 7cm high x 26cm wide x 26cm long and weighs around 2 kilos, while Buzz the Fly measures approximately 6cm high x 16cm wide x 19cm long and weighs around 1 kilo. Perfectly suited to the Spider’s Web Table Collection, they can also be displayed together or individually in gardens, conservatories, patios and interior spaces

Combining traditional bronze craftsmanship with imaginative design, this delightful insect pair transforms two familiar creatures into engaging works of bronze art. Their playful interaction and compact proportions make them an appealing choice for collectors, nature enthusiasts and anyone seeking something distinctive for the home or garden

What story can be created by arranging the Bronze Spider and Fly together?

Arranging Itsy Bitsy and Buzz with a small gap between them can suggest an encounter about to happen. Turning the spider towards the fly gives the pair a clear direction, while the Spider’s Web Table can extend the setting. Both share a black finish with gold highlights, visually linking the two characters
