PRICING

Due to global fluctuations in the price of bronze coupled with the size and weight of many of our larger products, it is impossible to quote firm prices on this website as manufacturing costs are constantly changing

Therefore prices have to be Price on Application.
However, we do have an Amazon Shop where we list many of our small and medium size items that are available from stock,  on a Buy Now Basis.

COLOURS

While we endeavor to be as accurate as possible in our description, each bronze is patinated by hand so there may be slight variations in the colours described.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Prices are Plus Delivery, unless otherwise negotiated.

ORDERS

Orders can be placed by telephone or email.

DISCOUNTS

Discounts may be available dependent upon specific item/s and overall order value.

Any discounts negotiated will be applied on order confirmation.

PAYMENT

Payment can be processed via PayPal by CLICKING HERE, once the order has been confirmed by email or telephone.
Our payment terms are 100% for items in stock at the time of order or a 50% deposit if items need to be cast.
The final balance will be due before delivery.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not store credit / debit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

DELIVERY POLICY

In Stock Items will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of funds for the full order, or on receipt of a deposit if agreed during confirmation of the order
Delivery timeframe for Out of Stock items will depend on the item ordered so please contact us for an estimated delivery time.
Overseas orders are welcome and timeframe for dispatch will be dependent on the previous two points.
Orders are sent either by UK courier or delivered personally by ourselves, dependent upon size and weight of the items ordered.
The exact delivery date will be advised in advance as all items must be signed for.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds can only be given for items incorrectly sent or received damaged on delivery.
If the customer is happy for us to collect and replace the damaged item, then obviously a refund will not necessary.

BREAKAGES

We must be notified within 24 hours of any breakages and items must be signed for as unchecked, otherwise we cannot accept liability.

CANCELATION POLICY

Unfortunately, cancellations will result in loss of deposit, unless we are in breach of the delivery timeframe agreed.
