Due to the global fluctuations in the price of bronze and the majority of our products being made to order, it is impossible to quote firm prices on this site as manufacturing costs are constantly changing
Therefore unless we are offering Special Discounts on current In Stock Items, out of necessity all Products on this site have to be ‘Price on Application’

Orders can be placed by telephone, email or via our Contact Us page
ESCAR UK BRONZE : DELIVERY CHARGE POLICY
Prices are Plus Delivery, unless otherwise negotiated

Discounts may be available, depending upon specific items and the overall value of the order
Any discounts negotiated will be applied during Confirmation of Order
ESCAR UK BRONZE : PAYMENT POLICY
Payment can be processed via PayPal by CLICKING HERE, once the order has been confirmed by telephone or email
Our payment terms are 100% for items in stock at the time of order or a 50% deposit if items need to be cast
The final balance will be due prior to delivery
ESCAR UK BRONZE : DELIVERY POLICY
In-stock items will be dispatched within 7 days, unless other arrangements are negotiated at the time of ordering
Delivery time-frame for Out of Stock Items will depend on the item ordered, so please contact us for an estimate
Orders are sent either by UK courier or delivered personally by ourselves, dependent upon size and weight of the items ordered
Overseas orders are welcome and the time frame for dispatch will be dependent on the previous two points
The exact delivery date will be advised in advance, as all items must be ‘Signed For’
ESCAR UK BRONZE : REFUND POLICY
Refunds can only be given for items incorrectly sent or received damaged on delivery
If the customer is happy for us to collect and replace the damaged item, then obviously a refund will not be necessary
Refunds cannot be given for any item delivered, neglected and consequently suffering degradation through not being maintained according to our instructions
ESCAR UK BRONZE : BREAKAGES POLICY
Regarding breakages, we must be notified of any damage within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise we cannot accept liability
ESCAR UK BRONZE : CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, cancellations will result in a loss of deposit unless we are in breach of the agreed delivery time-frame, (notwithstanding any lack of co-operation by a client to deliberately frustrate and prevent completion of a Commission, within that agreed time-frame)

While we endeavour to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions, each bronze is patinated by hand, therefore there may be slight variations in colours described and presented
