Hollow Cast Bronze Lions Head Garden Bench Furniture Sculpture
Introducing the impressive Lion’s Head Bench hollow cast bronze garden sculpture, created by renowned bronze artist John Cox of Escar UK Bronze
Combining timeless craftsmanship with practical elegance, this beautifully designed bronze bench features intricately sculpted lion’s head armrests, creating a striking piece of functional art that enhances both traditional and contemporary landscapes
Expertly crafted using the traditional Lost Wax Bronze Casting Method, this hollow cast bronze bench showcases exceptional attention to detail, from the expressive lion’s heads and decorative arm supports to the finely finished seating surface
Finished with a rich brown patination with highlighted accents, the carefully applied colouring enhances the sculptural detail while complementing a wide variety of outdoor and interior settings
Measuring approximately 89cm high x 42cm deep x 124cm long and weighing around 70 kilos, the Bronze Lion’s Head Bench is ideally suited for gardens, parks, courtyards, entranceways and prestigious commercial settings where beauty and durability are equally important
Combining traditional bronze craftsmanship with everyday functionality, this elegant bench is a timeless investment that provides both practical seating and an impressive sculptural focal point for years to come
How do the Lion’s Head details contribute to the character of this Bronze Bench?
The lion’s heads turn the armrests into sculptural details, giving the bench a more formal, architectural character. Their modelled faces connect with the decorative supports rather than appearing as separate ornaments. Brown patination with highlights reveals those details while maintaining a consistent finish across the approximately 124cm-long bench
