Bronze Fountain : Three Graces
Hollow Cast Bronze Sculpture
Introducing the magnificent Three Graces Fountain, a substantial hollow cast bronze water feature created by bronze artist John Cox of Escar UK Bronze.
Inspired by classical mythology, this impressive fountain features the Three Graces — Aglaia, Euphrosyne and Thalia — gracefully standing together at the centre of the composition, supporting a large bowl above them as water gently cascades over its edges.
In Greek mythology, the Three Graces represent beauty, charm and creativity: Aglaia (Splendour / Brilliance) is associated with radiance, elegance and beauty; Euphrosyne (Mirth) represents joy, happiness and the pleasures of life; and Thalia (Bloom) symbolises abundance, youth and flourishing beauty.
Expertly crafted from hollow cast bronze using the traditional Lost Wax Bronze Casting method, this fountain showcases exceptional attention to detail and is finished with an attractive aquamarine, black and skin tones patination, adding depth and character to the sculpture.
Standing approximately 197cm high, with an overall width of 191cm, a bowl measuring approximately 148cm in diameter and weighing around 580 kilos, the Bronze Three Graces Fountain creates a spectacular centrepiece for large gardens, estates, public spaces or prestigious outdoor settings.
