Hollow Cast Bronze Lucy With a Flower in Her Hand
Introducing the delightful Lucy with a Flower in Her Hand hollow cast bronze sculpture, beautifully presented by Joy Cox & Escar UK Bronze
This charming figure captures Lucy relaxing in the warmth of the sunshine while gently holding a flower, creating a graceful composition that celebrates the beauty and innocence of youth. Expertly crafted using the traditional Lost Wax Bronze Casting method, this sculpture showcases the enduring quality and fine craftsmanship of hollow cast bronze
Finished with an attractive combination of blue, black and skin tones patination, the carefully applied colours enhance Lucy’s delicate features, flowing clothing and natural pose, creating a captivating piece of bronze art
Measuring approximately 50cm high x 22cm wide x 30cm deep and weighing around 6 kilos, the Bronze Lucy with a Flower in Her Hand Sculpture is perfectly suited for display in homes, conservatories, offices, gardens or sheltered outdoor settings.
A beautiful blend of elegance, tranquillity and timeless bronze craftsmanship, Lucy with a Flower in Her Hand brings warmth, charm and character to any collection. Its compact proportions and relaxed composition allow the sculpture to be enjoyed as an individual decorative piece or displayed alongside other figurative bronze artworks
How does the flower in Lucy’s hand draw attention to the figure’s gesture?
The flower directs attention towards Lucy’s hand, making a small, gentle gesture the centre of the sculpture. Her relaxed seated pose gives that detail room to be noticed. Position the approximately 50cm-high figure close enough for the flower and face to be seen together, without nearby plants obscuring her hand
