Introducing the magnificent Tawan Life-Size Elephant hollow cast bronze water feature sculpture, commissioned by the Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort in Chiang Rai, Northern Thailand.
Created by bronze artist John Cox of Escar UK Bronze, this impressive bull elephant sculpture has been expertly crafted using the traditional Lost Wax Bronze Casting method, a technique with a history spanning thousands of years.
Standing an imposing 220cm high x 140cm wide x 300cm long and weighing approximately 400 kilos, Tawan is a truly remarkable example of large-scale bronze artistry. Finished with a carefully applied grey and brown patination, the sculpture captures the strength, dignity and character of this magnificent animal.
Every curve and contour has been meticulously sculpted to portray a lifelike bull elephant spraying water from its trunk, creating a captivating focal point for large gardens, landscaped grounds, ponds or lakes.
