Pair of Bronze Pheasant Sculptures
Hollow Cast Bronze Table-Top Pheasant Pair Sculpture
Pheasants Table-Top Pair is a charming pair of hollow cast bronze sculptures created by renowned bronze artist John Cox, beautifully capturing the elegance, natural character and quiet beauty of these much-loved countryside birds. Inspired by the rich wildlife of the British countryside, this delightful pair brings warmth and timeless appeal to any home, office or private collection
Expertly created using the traditional Lost Wax Bronze Casting method, these remarkable sculptures showcase the exceptional craftsmanship for which Escar UK Bronze is renowned. Each pheasant has been individually sculpted with remarkable precision, faithfully reproducing the intricate feather detailing, graceful contours and natural posture that give the pair such lifelike presence
Finished with a beautifully blended brown, grey and red patination, the sculptures possess exceptional depth, warmth and natural character. The carefully applied finish enhances every intricate feather while faithfully recreating the rich colouring that makes pheasants among Britain’s most admired game birds
Measuring approximately 33cm high, 17cm wide and 18cm long, and weighing around 6 kilos, Pheasants Table-Top Pair is ideally suited for display on tables, shelves, sideboards, desks and other interior settings. Its compact proportions allow the intricate detailing of both birds to be appreciated at close quarters while creating an attractive focal point
Celebrating the beauty of British wildlife and the enduring appeal of handcrafted bronze art, Pheasants Table-Top Pair is a distinguished addition to any collection of wildlife sculpture. Whether admired for its exceptional craftsmanship or chosen as a thoughtful gift for a bird enthusiast, this elegant pair brings character, refinement and timeless appeal to any setting
How can the tabletop bronze pheasant pair be arranged together?
Arrange the tabletop pheasants at slightly different angles, leaving a gap so each bird’s head, body and tail remain visible. Turning them gently towards one another creates a connected pair, while an offset arrangement feels less formal. A sturdy sideboard or broad shelf provides room to appreciate the feather modelling without surrounding objects interrupting the silhouettes.
